Entrance Scholarship for Incoming Grade 11 and College First-Year Students

Eligibility:

1. Open to incoming Grade 11 or College (first year) students who graduated with Highest Honors/with High Honors or who obtained a final General Weighted Average (GWA) of 92.00 or higher. The GWA and honors must be certified by the school principal or registrar.
2. The applicant must not have previously been enrolled in any Senior High School (SHS) or Higher Education Institution (HEI).
3. Scholarship grants:
   • 100% tuition fee discount for those with Highest Honors
   • 50% tuition fee discount for those with High Honors
4. Coverage:
   • One (1) year for incoming Grade 11 students
   • One (1) term only for incoming College (first year) students

Requirements:

• Printed copy of the accomplished application form (Form Link)
• Certificate of award (with High Honor/with Highest Honor)
• Certificate of ranking among the batch, indicating the final GWA

Submission of Requirements:

Submit hard copies to the Registrar’s Office, LPU Davao, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, only during the application period.
