(a) accommodating all types of learners and providing them with quality education and related services in accordance with national and international laws and standards using a safe and conducive environment;
(b) establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving and maintaining the quality of operations at all levels of its organization for an effective Educational Organization Management System;
(c) developing a strong culture of research among faculty, students, and staff to improve the quality of life of its constituents, communities, and stakeholders;
(d) extending appropriate support to identified beneficiary communities as part of its social responsibility, including initiatives to address climate change and promote environmental sustainability
(e) increasing availability, accessibility, and efficient utilization of its assets, including financial resources, to enhance delivery of services while adopting sustainable practices that minimize environmental impact;
(f) producing quality graduates imbued with Laurelian values and attributes who will be productive assets in various sectors of society and advocates for sustainable development;
(g) efficiently managing and respecting data privacy and intellectual rights; and
(h) integrating climate-resilient strategies into educational programs, operations, and community engagement to contribute to the global effort of mitigating and adapting to climate change.
