At LPU-Davao, we believe that learning goes beyond the 4 corners of the classroom.
Last June 14-15, 2024, our 3rd-year Hospitality Management and Tourism Management students from LPU Davao, together with the esteemed faculty from General Education and the College of Arts and Sciences, embarked on an enriching trip to T’boli, South Cotabato as part of their Philippine Indigenous Communities Course.

During this experience, our students had the opportunity to immerse into the vibrant T’boli culture, learning firsthand about their rich traditions and way of life. In addition to this cultural exchange, our students and faculty generously distributed school supplies to over 150 local students and teachers, fostering education and goodwill in the community.
This marks the second initiative by our dedicated General Education and College of Arts and Sciences faculty to provide students with both meaningful educational experiences and the chance to make a positive impact. We’re proud to see our students growing through such hands-on learning and community service.
